Cancellation & Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing our services. Please read our policy regarding returns and refunds carefully:
1. No Returns & No Refunds
Due to the nature of our business—including but not limited to Virtual Offices, Coworking Spaces, Meeting Rooms, and Real Estate Consultancy Services—all sales, bookings, and service subscriptions are final.
Once a service is booked, an address is allocated, or documentation process begins, we do not offer any returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.
2. Nature of Services
Our services involve immediate resource allocation, digital setups, registration processing, and third-party coordination. Because these services cannot be "returned" or undone once initiated, they are strictly non-refundable.
3. Service Disputes
If you experience any technical issues or are dissatisfied with the quality of delivery, please contact our support team within 48 hours of booking. We will review your case to ensure your service is properly fulfilled, but no monetary refunds will be issued.

Shipping & Mail Delivery Policy
This policy explains how we handle the delivery of our services (agreements, documentation) and how we manage incoming mail and courier packages for our Virtual Office clients.
1. Delivery of Our Services & Documents
Because our core services are workspaces and consulting, our primary delivery is digital:
Digital Deliverables: All service agreements, virtual office welcome kits, GST/RoC documentation permissions, and payment receipts will be delivered to your registered email address within 3 working days of payment and complete document submission.
Physical Deliverables: If you require physical copies of stamp paper agreements, company registration hardcopies, or physical NOCs, they will be dispatched via registered local couriers within 3 to 5 business days. We only ship physical documents within India.
2. Virtual Office Mail & Package Handling Policy
For clients utilizing our prestigious Delhi address for their business presence, we manage incoming couriers, post, and packages under the following terms:
Mail Receipt: We accept letters, official government correspondence (GST, Income Tax, RoC notices), and business-related courier packets on your behalf during business hours (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday).
Notification: Once a document or courier is received for your company, a scan of the envelope or a photo of the packet will be sent to your registered email or WhatsApp within 24 hours.
Collection & Forwarding:
Self-Pickup: You or your authorized representative can collect your mail from our physical front desk free of charge.
Forwarding: Upon request, we can forward your physical mail to your residential or secondary address. Actual courier charges + a nominal handling fee of ₹100 to ₹250 will apply.
Limitations on Packages: We do not accept bulky merchandise, hazardous materials, illegal substances, or high-value physical goods (e.g., expensive electronics) at our virtual office addresses. We reserve the right to refuse deliveries that exceed standard storage limits.
3. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances
We partner with reputed courier companies to dispatch your documents. However, delivery timelines are estimates. We are not liable for transit delays caused by:
Incomplete or incorrect shipping address provided by the user.
Extreme weather, public holidays, or local regulatory restrictions.
