  • 1. Financial & Digital Safety (Anti-Fraud)

  • Online property search platforms can sometimes be targeted by unauthorized third-party bad actors. Protect yourself by following these strict financial guardrails:

  • Verify Identity Before Paying: Never transfer token money, booking deposits, or advance rent without verifying the absolute authenticity of the owner, builder, or broker. Always cross-check identity documents and property ownership papers (such as title deeds).

  • Keep Communications Transparent: Stick to corporate communications. If you are dealing with a Privyhomes representative, ensure their email address matches our official domain (e.g., @privyhomes.in) and feel free to cross-verify their credentials with our HR team managed by Lokender Singh.

  • Avoid Cash Transactions: Avoid giving large cash advances. Always prioritize traceable, secure banking channels (NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, or official online gateways) and insist on an immediate, stamped payment receipt.

  • If It Sounds Too Good to Be True, It Is: Be highly cautious of listings offering premium luxury properties or modern office cabins at unrealistically low prices. This is the most common tactic used in online rental and buying scams.

  • 2. Safe Site Visits & Physical Inspections

  • Going out to inspect new residential complexes, commercial setups, or remote agricultural plots requires practical situational awareness:

  • Share Your Location: Always let a family member, business partner, or friend know exactly where you are going, who you are meeting, and what time you expect to return.

  • Meet in Public/Daylight Hours: Schedule your physical site visits and property walk-throughs during broad daylight. If a property is in an isolated or under-construction area, request to meet the agent or seller at a well-known public landmark first.

  • Go with a Companion: Whenever possible, bring a family member, colleague, or friend along with you to property inspections.

  • Construction Site Safety: When visiting upcoming projects by builders or raw commercial spaces under construction, stay alert for physical hazards. Wear appropriate footwear, follow safety signs, and do not wander into unmarked, unlit structural zones.

  • Secure Your Belongings: While our managed spaces feature security personnel and surveillance, always keep your personal electronics, wallets, and sensitive business documents secure when leaving your desk or cabin.

  • Follow House Rules: Adhere strictly to the fire safety protocols, emergency exit paths, and access control guidelines specific to your booked workspace.

  • Report Suspicious Activity: If you notice unauthorized individuals wandering around private corporate cabins or secure badge-only zones, report it immediately to the on-site floor manager or our administrative team.
