• For Sellers/Landlords: By listing a property for sale or rent, you warrant that you possess the legal right and authority to market and transact the property and that all property information provided is truthful and updated.

• For Buyers/Tenants: You acknowledge that making an offer, booking a desk, or entering into a purchase/lease agreement binds you to the specific financial and contractual terms of that individual transaction.

• We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy or completeness of the listings. Users are strictly advised to independently verify property titles, legal dimensions, and physical conditions before making financial commitments.

5. Booking and Workspace Solutions

• Any bookings made for coworking spaces or managed offices through our portal are subject to availability and the specific house rules of the respective workspace provider.

• Cancellation and refund policies for bookings or token amounts will be governed by the specific transaction agreement signed at the time of the deal.
