Because of the nature of real estate transactions, dedicated workspace allocations, and the immediate commitment of resources required to secure properties, Privyhomes Private Limited enforces a strict No-Refund Policy across all of our services and real estate activities.

Refund Policy - the basics

1. Real Estate Transactions (Buy / Sell / Rent)

  • Token Money & Booking Amounts: Any token money, advance payments, or booking deposits paid to secure a residential property, commercial shop, agricultural land, or upcoming builder project are completely non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Once a property is taken off the market or reserved for you, the company incurs operational costs and loses alternative transaction opportunities. Therefore, if you choose to cancel or withdraw from a deal, your deposit will be forfeited.

  • Brokerage & Consultation Fees: All fees paid to Privyhomes Private Limited for consultation, property matchmaking, or brokerage assistance are for services rendered and are strictly non-refundable.

2. Coworking & Managed Office Bookings

  • Workspace Allocations: Payments made for dedicated desks, premium office cabins, virtual offices, or customized managed workspace solutions are final.

  • No refunds, partial or full, will be issued if you decide to cancel, shorten your lease period, or fail to utilize the booked workspace.

  • Subscription Renewals: Monthly or recurring subscriptions for coworking spaces must be canceled prior to the billing cycle according to your specific lease agreement. Once a billing cycle has been processed, no refunds will be granted for that period.

3. Third-Party Marketplace Listings

  • Privyhomes Private Limited facilitates connections between buyers, sellers, and third-party builders. Any financial transactions or deposits made directly to third-party builders, landlords, or external space operators are subject to their respective policies. Privyhomes is not liable or responsible for mediating refunds for external transactions.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

  • In the rare event that a transaction or workspace booking cannot be fulfilled due to a direct fault, legal restriction, or operational failure solely on the part of Privyhomes Private Limited, the management (led by our Directors, Anita Kanwar and Ganga Singh) will review the case internally.

  • Any resolution or alternative arrangement made under these rare circumstances is entirely at the discretion of the Company's management and does not waive this standard No-Refund Policy for future cases.
